Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.) -> Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days -> Cost calculated at checkout

   Domestic (U.S.) -> Expedited Shipping is 2-3 business days -> Cost calculated at checkout

  International -> International Standard is 7-21 business days -> Cost calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and carrier delays.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the damaged item or packaging

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the fragile nature and weight of ceramic pots, some large items may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping restrictions. These will be noted on the product page where applicable.
