We want you to love your new plant pots! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom-made products.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at busiBloom@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your plant pot arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.
